Taste of Covasna – National Potato Festival is a regional and national agro-gastronomic, cultural, tourism, economic, educational and technological project that positions Covasna County as a reference destination in Romania.
The central concept — "From Farm to Table" — unites producers, processors, HORECA, retail, gastronomy, tourism and digitalization in a common platform for promotion and collaboration.
The festival is a multicultural event, celebrating both Romanian and Székely traditions, with emphasis on authenticity, sustainability and innovation.
